  I started my aligner treatment with Rata in July, mainly to close the gap in my front teeth. Initially, I went because of a promotion they advertised. However, during my consultation, I felt there was pressure to upgrade to a higher package. It felt sales-driven. I clearly told them that if my treatment could not be done properly within the original package, I would rather not proceed. After that conversation, they stopped insisting and assured me I would get good results. They later advised me to undergo tooth slicing (IPR) on one of my front teeth to help close the gap, which I agreed to based on their professional recommendation. The treatment was supposed to take 3 months, but it extended to nearly 10 months because the aligners provided were not fitting properly and had to be adjusted multiple times. I followed every instruction strictly wearing the aligners day and night, cleaning them properly, and using the chewies as instructed. Despite full compliance from my side, I did no

  I had rata aligners fitted last year and the attachments on my teeth started to melt and solidified into the cracks of my teeth. Not only this, they became heavily stained and I’m not a coffee drinker, smoker etc. When I arrived back in the UK, it took 4 dental appointments and a fortune in cost to get the attachment gel removed out of my teeth. A waste of money. Plus the communication is so bad, you can’t get through to them over text, WhatsApp, email etc.

  I do not recommend this clinic. The service and aligners caused many problems, and the focus seemed to be on money rather than results. My outcome was unsatisfactory, and the proposed solution was simply to buy another set of aligners. Communication through WhatsApp was very poor, making the whole process frustrating and ineffective.

  I used Rata Aligner since last year and now at the stage of final retainer. As a client, I think I have every right to get the final result after completed a whole set of more than a year usage suggested by them. The customer service is being unhelpful, telling me how the final scan result is confidential and I have no access to get the final result. The whole thing is not making sense. I have experience multiple disappointment along the way throughout the whole process since the beginning until now. I regretted to even committed to this brand.
