  I was drawn in by their excellent social media ads, but the reality is very different. They take your money upfront but the treatment time is a nightmare. It has been almost a year and my crown still isn't finished. They constantly reschedule appointments and seem unable to handle the volume of clients they are marketing to (only one doctor works there). The worst part is the communication—when I ask when this will be finished, nobody answers. If you are busy working and have a tight schedule, do not go here. They will take your money but won't respect your time. And I dont know where to contact for compleining as they answer by wa ony

  The whole system of booking an appointment is not very good... Especially when you need an immediate or fast reply... That's because they centralize their Cust service who then have to contact the clinic, and wait for the doctor or clinic to get back to them.. and if you need to speak to the doctor is almost impossible because you have to go through the cust service place, they have to wait for the doctor to answer.. and then the cust service personal will answer you.. it's not very personable and long wait...

  The clinic creates a good impression of itself. I cannot yet judge the quality of the implants. However, the service is quite weak. After six months, I had to remind them myself that it was time to place the crowns—they had lost my information. One of the doctors forgot to put the healing caps on. Because of this, my treatment was extended by a month. I arrived on time for my last appointment, but I have already been waiting for two hours and have to cancel my scheduled meetings. You can't treat other people's time like this because time is the most valuable and non-renewable resource.
