  There's no fixed appointments. The clinic opens at 11 but there's no dentists until 12? So why do you open at 11? We were told we had an appointment for 12 when the dentist was there. We show up at 11:45 and have to register again even though we've done it via WA (Returning customers). Reception staff don't even have computers to see records for pateisn . After waiting until 12:40 and still not seeing a dentist, we just say we're cancelling and leave. Dentist didn't call the first patient until 12:30, even though she was there from 12? What's the point of this clinic? Reception staff don't care, nor communicate about delays/times. They just eat snacks and play videos on their phones. Go to literally any other dentist.
