  I had a really great experience at Dentes Jimbaran with Dr. Veronica. I initially came in with swollen gums and severe tooth pain. Dr. Veronica explained everything very clearly and recommended a root canal treatment followed by a crown. After the root canal, the pain was completely gone and my swollen gums healed well. I then proceeded with a zirconia crown, and the result looks amazing — it feels like having a new tooth again. Thank you so much to Dr. Veronica. Highly recommended! 👍👍

  3 star because these girls inside the clinic were so loud and noisy, 3 of them talking on the stair, didn’t care at all if there was patient waiting in the lobby. Hello, be professional please and if you all just want to chit chat, go outside clinic and talk louder and be noisy outside. First experience is great, but this second one, receptionist was very slow in response after I said I can make it at 2pm. They didn't response anymore after half hour. So I came to the clinic, and waiting for more than half hour again. Communication isn’t really great. Maybe because it’s Ramadan time I don’t know.
