  You all should thank Dr. Gazi for today's 5-star review. If it weren't for his professionalism and ability to prioritize accordingly, you wouldn't have received a solid 5 stars. As a patient traveling from out of town with a 3-4 hour drive — driving alone — I was greatly helped by Dr. Gazi's kindness. On May 2nd, 2026, the treatment I underwent was the installation of metal self-ligating brackets. Dr. Gazi performed the procedure exceptionally well — precise, careful, and thorough. He also explained the progress plan in detail and in a way that was easy to understand. Upon completion, patients are given a 7-day warranty. On my way home at around 11 AM, one of the brackets on my molar suddenly came off. I decided to turn back to the clinic (approximately 1 hour's drive) and sent a WhatsApp message explaining my situation. Upon arrival, the front desk staff informed me that I would still need to wait around 2-3 hours to be seen again by Dr. Gazi — for what would likely be a 5-10 minute b
