I travelled around Indonesia for more than 20 days and only stayed at this hotel for two nights. Unfortunately, I have to say that it was the worst experiences of my trip.I usually give ratings above 6/10, but for this hotel I can only give 2/10.The only reason I am giving 2 points is because the parking staff and restaurant staff were friendly and helpful.Here are the issues, ranked from minor to major:1. The flooring was swollen due to moisture and humidity. This is unhygienic and raises concerns about cleanliness and bacteria.2. The table in the room was almost broken. Even placing a hand on it caused it to sag noticeably.3. The taps were covered in heavy limescale and dirt. There were also obvious water stains all over the sink area.4. The food cutlery hygiene was poor and did not meet basic standards.5. There were blood stains on the bed sheets. This is completely unacceptable for any hotel.6. The most unacceptable issue was the attitude and lack of support from the reception staf

"Absolutely satisfied with our stay! The rooms are spacious and comfortable, making it ideal even when traveling with children. Everything was clean, the bathrooms were good, and the breakfast had nice variety with tasty options — especially the Chinese dishes. The location is super convenient, with easy access to supermarkets and popular restaurants nearby. Safe basement parking is another big plus. Strongly recommended for families needing a rest stop before Bromo or while traveling through East Java!"

Excellent base for Mount Bromo! Clean, comfortable rooms with hot showers and warm blankets—perfect after an early sunrise trek. Great value with a convenient location. The rooftop views of Bromo are stunning. Highly recommend for budget-conscious adventurers!
