  I have high expectation with their price, i know that this clinic is pricey..yet the expectation brought me down, cause the service was disappointed. 1. They didn't change the cup for gargling..poor patient after me, fortunately I am the first that day, 2. They didn't show me the result after scaling (give the mirror), whether I satisfy or not like other dentist, 3. They didn't ask my medical records and give me advice after treatment..and yet the bill is twice than normal rate... I wish the management read this and improve it..PS : the good one is if you are in a hurry, they are available

  Pelayanan Jelek. Ke sini antri ke dokter gigi anak. Di WA diwanti2 datang jam 17.00 teng. Akhirnya nyampe 16.45 dan nunggu. Dapet nomor antrian 1. Tapi dokter baru datang jam 18.00 nunggu 1 jam lebih. Sudah datang paling awal, lama nunggu. Eh yg dipanggil duluan malah yg datang belakangan. Bikin kesel. Gak profesional. Gak akan lagi kesini.

  Sebelumnya saya ragu karena rating yang ada di google. Namun, karena saya merasa butuh tindakan segera, saya ttp datang ke klinik ini. Saya menuju ke dokter gigi. Jujur saya merasa sangat puas dengan dokternya. Saya ditangani oleh drg. Ibu Silvia. Penangannya bener2 baik. Untuk harga, menurut saya worth it dengan tindakan yang diberikan. Semoga tidak ada masalah dengan gigi saya. Terima kasih sekali lagi ibu dokter Silvia🙏
