    I don't have faith of finding medications in Kimia Farma, there is always something they don't have, always! and even if they have one thing or two that I need, their prices are usually not competitive. I always go to other pharmacies because of this, since I need to visit others anyway to get complete medications. However, today, I decided to give it another try since it's on my way. One medication is relatively harder to find, but the other is pretty common. They didn't have both! They didn't even offer decent substitute. So, nevermind, I just walked out again. Everything, the interaction etc took less than 2 minutes, but who was waiting? The parking attendant of course, although he saw me walking out empty-handed almost like going through a carousel door. I told him I didn't even get my medication and not sure he understood or pretended not to. I didn't want to make a fuss over Rp 3000, but that must be the most expensive parking in the whole of Bali, for less than 2 minutes. Eve

How can the doctor treat me if he doesn't know my history, where has my entire paper file from all the tests disappeared to? There were sensitive records there, and now the doctor doesn't know my medical history. If you were switching to the new system, you should have copied that data into this system. Now there's absolutely nothing there and the doctor doesn't know my medical history.

    I went there for a check-up because I wasn’t feeling well, but I met a doctor who was unpleasant. Her way of speaking and her words were not appropriate for a doctor. Instead, she made the patient feel even worse because it stayed on my mind, Even though we are BPJS patients, don’t forget that we also pay every month.
