The doctor was exceptional, taking the time to explain every step before doing anything, making sure my wife felt comfortable, informed, and relaxed throughout the entire procedure. The clinic itself is absolutely beautiful—modern, spotless, and designed to make you feel comfortable the moment you arrive. I specifically booked this clinic in Sanur because of his reputation, and I honestly do not regret it for a second. Dr. Murino is a true high-level professional. Very attentive, very precise, and incredibly honest in his approach. What I appreciated most is that he does not try to oversell procedures or push unnecessary treatments. If you ask for something “extra” that you don’t actually need, he will explain calmly and professionally why it’s unnecessary or why it may be too early. At the same time, he gives very thoughtful recommendations about what would actually improve your appearance in a natural way.   Dr Luki and her amazing staff really helped me to understand what dental procedures where needed for my situation. Dr Luki explained my dental plan and gave me honest information and advice to help me determine what treatment would be best for me. She confirmed with me 3 times before starting my treatment, which I found reassuring. At all times Dr Luki and her staff made me feel safe and comfortable throughout my treatment. The pre-anaesthetic was applied and then the main anaesthetic was delivered by the usual needle - I did not feel a thing. I have always had a great deal of anxiousness and fear when it comes to dental treatment, these professionals make those dental worries melt away. 2.5 hours in the chair and it went perfectly.   I've been getting regular teeth cleanings at Rejuvie (both locations in Seminyak/Legian and Sanur) twice annually for nearly four years. Without exception, the service of office staff and professional competence of the dentists has been first-rate. The space is spotlessly clean. Would highly recommend.
