  i decided to change this rate bcs i’m so upset how they arranged scedhule for us. idk how you guys think to make a spare from one cust to other, but i ALWAYS waiting more than an hour just for braces control and that wasn’t just once but twice. that was VERY uncomfortable and such a waste. look, if you had an ‘insersi’ custs please make a BIG SPARE time so we shouldn’t wait that long. thank you.
