  Very disappointing experience. This is not the first time the staff at this place have created a wrong impression of what service-oriented behavior should look like. Unfortunately, the situation today was completely unacceptable. Before starting the treatment we clearly informed the staff that we were in a hurry. Instead of handling the situation professionally, unnecessary drama was created regarding the payment and the rate. This was extremely unprofessional and uncomfortable for us as customers. Good service is not only about the treatment itself, but also about how clients are treated. The way this situation was handled showed a clear lack of professionalism and customer care. I hope the management addresses this and trains their staff better in customer service.
