    I’m really glad I managed to see drg. Razak at Seven Dental Clinic on my last day in Surabaya—honestly an eye-opening experience. He was very thorough and used high-tech tools like a dental microscope (20x magnification). What stood out most was how transparent and communicative everything felt—I could see the process in real time on a screen, which made me much more at ease compared to my past experiences in Taiwan. He listened carefully to my concerns and quickly diagnosed a chipped filling lodged between my teeth, then created a plan that fit my tight schedule. Other dentists I consulted weren’t as flexible and mostly pushed for long-term treatments without offering a short-term fix. The team was also very accommodating, from answering questions beforehand to arranging an early appointment and finally providing full documentation (x-rays, before & after photos, and even microscopic video).
