  The clinic is clean, professional, and exceptionally well organized. The reception staff are always welcoming, kind, and helpful, creating a positive experience from the moment you walk in. Everyone at the clinic is friendly and supportive, whether I arrive with an appointment or need assistance unexpectedly. This applies to the entire team, from the reception staff to the veterinary nurses and veterinarians. My cat, Simba, has been hospitalized at the clinic on several occasions. During visiting hours, I have had the opportunity to observe not only how well the staff cared for Simba, but also how attentively and compassionately they handled all the other animals in their care. It is clear that every patient receives genuine attention and excellent treatment. Pricing is always fully transparent, which I greatly appreciate. Dr. Azura is Simba’s veterinarian, and she is outstanding. She is highly professional, explains everything clearly, and always takes the time to answer any quest

  We immediately got an appointment to check on the stray kitten we found. The personnel was very friendly, helpful, competent and kind - not only to us but most importantly also the kitten. They informed us about the next steps and who to contact to take long term care of the kitten. The whatsapp communication was also very informative and they even updated us on the little kitten's condition and added pictures and videos of the little one.

  We had our female dog spayed here and were very satisfied with the entire experience. Communication was easy, friendly, and professional from the beginning. Everything was explained clearly, and we were kept well informed throughout the whole process. What impressed us most was the aftercare. Even after we had already returned home, the team contacted us the following day to check on our dog’s condition. They asked us a few questions and requested a photo of the surgical incision so they could assess whether everything was healing properly. It was clear that they genuinely cared about our dog’s wellbeing, not just the surgery itself. This extra level of attention gave us a lot of confidence and peace of mind. Our dog recovered well from the procedure, and we would definitely choose this clinic again in the future. Thank you to the entire team for taking such good care of our dog. 🐾😊

  We just went to this vet and omg ive never seen a clinic more money hungry. Our dog is a rescue. Weve taken him here before when he was not even bigger than 3 weeks. During the first time they said he is too small for his 3 month vaccines and then they put in the system as a 1 year old?!!!! We waited for for him until he was 3 months and now we took him they are saying oh in the system he is 1 year old!! Just to charge extra consultation fee. Okay fine well do the consult but they are just pushing for the extra fee. Unacceptable! They are scammy also the people working at the desk. Do you not have eyes!? We now took him to a local vet and the second we stepped in they said is he here for his 3 months vaccine! Unproffessional. Money hungry people. Look at the first photo. Youre calling that baby a one year old!! Shame shame
