  I had a tooth cleaning at Carla Dental and it was absolutely wonderful. The team was extremely professional, and I’m very happy with the results—my teeth feel so clean and refreshed! I also received helpful recommendations and even a free check-up, which was such a nice bonus. After visiting quite a few dentists in Ubud, I can honestly say this has been the best dental experience I’ve had here. Highly recommended!

  By aware, Carla dental care has no orthodontist on board! I contacted this office in January for a possible braces for my lower arch for one particular front teeth to correct.i got immediate response and appointment. We started with the treatment right away. I was a bit surprised that no any images or X ray was taking from the teeth. Dr. Tommy ( I just learned at the end of request his name) installed the braces with an estimated time 1 year to wear. The wire kept breaking, and the brackets kept falling off weekly which cause tremendous extra visits and costs. I started traveling I have to visit a few other orthodontist to rewire and glue back the brackets.After 6 months the 3 teeth position got worsen and I told dr.Tommy that something isn’t right. 3 of my teeth’s started moving forward. His response was “ Well, I am not an orthodontist!” I was shocked to my core and speechless. I would expect being transparent from the begin not after 6 months telling me that I am in the wrong hands.

  I had an appointment at Carla Dental in Ubud in August 2025 after one of my fillings fell out. The visit was quick and efficient, which at the time made me slightly curious, but I didn’t question it further. Initially I was satisfied with the result, however now — less than 8 months later — the filling has already started crumbling. I understand that conditions and standards on Bali may differ from other countries, but I honestly did not expect the problem to return so quickly. Unfortunately, based on the quality and durability of the treatment, I cannot recommend this clinic.

  A great experience at Carla Ubud Dental. I had the best clean I have ever had as the dentist was so gentle. This was combined with the teeth whitening which I have never had before, the results are amazing, Matching so well with my veneers. I highly recommend and will definitely be back for more dental work.
