Great small classes…equipment are new and well maintained! They run mat Pilates class at blue earth yoga sala as well which is also great. And I assume there will be a collaboration class with the gym soon too!

I had my very first Pilates class at Agape Movement in Amed and I honestly couldn’t have chosen a better place. What I love most is how intimate and thoughtful the space feels. They only accept two people per group class, and they also offer private sessions, which makes the experience feel personal and focused. The studio is fully equipped with everything from reformers to a cadillac. Gilang, the instructor, is incredibly patient and gives very thorough guidance. He explains every movement clearly and customizes the training based on what you want to focus on. You can really feel that he pays attention. For a first-timer like me, that made all the difference. The space itself is clean, cool, modern, bright, and honestly just so cute. The moment you walk in, it instantly boosts your energy and mood. I loved it so much that I went back for a second class right away 😁 I’m so glad I started my Pilates journey here with Agape Movement. Highly recommend.

I had a really great experience at Agape Movement. The studio is boutique, nice and clean and also air conditioned. Knowledgeable and encouraging teacher - lots of fun but also a great workout! I'll be back 🤸🏼‍♀️
