  The first proper Reformer Pilates Studio in Balikpapan that you should try 🔥 🍀 I joined the class since June 2024. It started from a small studio, now they moved to a proper studio with a complete pilates tools (reformer, cadillac, ladder barrel, etc) 🍀 Good exercise for those who have a back pain, fix the body posture & also strengthening the core of muscles 🍀 I love the way the instructors guide us during the sesh (thanks Kak Sharen & Kak Shirley for being too patient with us). They know when to “push” us and always encourage us🤍 🍀 Affordable and reasonable price as I compared it was a bit pricey in Jakarta. 🍀 They also sell the 🧦 so for the first timer, don’t worry if you don’t have one!

  I have joined the reformer group class 3 times and I always have a great time there. The price is affordable, compared to other studios in Jakarta & Bali. I feel my body is more flexible now. I see improvements in my abs, arms, legs muscle endurance, and better back posture ❤️ I always look forward to every session. The studio is clean, comfortable and aesthetic. Great for instagram pictures after class 😊 The instructors Sharen & Shirley are kind and detailed. They also sell cute yoga socks 😍🙌🏻

  I’ve absolutely loved my experience at this Pilates studio! The instructors are incredibly knowledgeable, supportive, and always attentive to form and technique. The studio itself is clean, calming, and well-equipped, creating the perfect environment for a great workout😍💘
