  loving the unique industrial theme. the facilities are amazing, they have better variety of equipments compared to others, and they have just enough classes available (i'm sure they'll add more soon). I personally have had a blast joining their Muaythai private class every Wednesday and Friday, and i have been going there ever since. I also like it that they're open until late in the evening so i can take my time and visit K.O. after my work. I find the shower facilities quite pleasant too. I highly recommend joining this gym for its facilities, equipments, and added benefits! 5 stars!

  Knock Out is the first gym i have actually stuck with. i have been going here since they opened to attend Muay Thai Private Class. As a member, we will be able to access discounts provided by their partners such Rooks Café & Store and PT. Famili Kita. Lastly, they have enough machines and more classes available. Highly recommend joining this gym!

  Five star for their focus in providing decent, save and welcoming place for combat sports gym. You should join their high-intensity fitness program it is very recommended.
