  Absolutely unacceptable experience. I contacted FTL Gym on Instagram before visiting and was told the membership price was 598,000 IDR. Based on this, I travelled 4km to the gym. Only after arriving was I told there is a mandatory 3-month minimum, and, upon showing the staff the Instagram conversion, that the 598,000 IDR is the monthly price for a 1-year contract. This is either grossly misleading or intentionally deceptive — neither is acceptable. None of this was clearly communicated beforehand. As a tourist staying in Bandung for just one month, this made joining impossible as they attempted to charge 1.6 juta for a 3-month membership. As a result, I wasted time, money on Gojek fares, and effort, just to be turned away and forced to look for another gym. This is abysmal treatment of tourists and shows a complete lack of transparency and professionalism. As a bare minimum, the staff should have accepted their communication mistake and made an exception on this occasion. Unbeliev
