  I joined a trial Mat Pilates class at Agape Movement and totally loved it! 💕 the vibe was super chill, the instructor was really friendly, and the class flowed so nicely. even as a beginner, i felt comfortable n supported the whole time. the movements were gentle but still made me feel strong and stretched in all the right places. i left the class feeling refreshed, calm, and energized. can’t wait to come back for more! ✨
