  Had really great experience at Sama Sculpt. Booking was super easy through their website, and checking the schedule was very convenient. They offer a wide range of class times, which makes it flexible to fit into my routine. The location is quite close to my home. Parking can be a bit tricky, but they already provide clear information on their Instagram about alternative parking nearby, which is helpful. I really appreciate that all the equipment is prepared before the class starts—it makes the whole session smoother and more comfortable. The instructor was also very clear and easy to follow, especially for learning proper movements. After the class, they even provide a cool towel, which is a nice touch. There’s also goodjuju downstairs, perfect for grabbing something refreshing after a workout. I was lucky to get a 50% opening promo package, and I hope they’ll have similar promotions again in the future!

The heat added the perfect level of challenge, making me feel like I was truly detoxing while building serious core strength. I left the class feeling sweaty, challenged, and completely rejuvenated.
