I've been practicing here for over a year now, and I personally love Ashtanga. The energy from TC Wiwit and TC Evi is always amazing! Every movement is explained thoroughly, and I've gained so much knowledge at Ashtanga Yoga Mysore Batam. The people here are so kind—even though many of them are already very skillful, they are always friendly and never make others feel inferior. We share insights with each other, creating a supportive and inspiring environment. I always look forward to coming back and practicing here. Highly recommend!
