  I was recommended by one of my friend to come here and it was nice overall. Coach was very warm, helpful and hands on to the students. I took power yoga class earlier this morning. There were few challenging poses that I haven’t learnt from others. They have many classes from basic to advance. If you are living around Muara Karang, I would surely recommend this place.
