  I was travelling in jakarta for afew days and visited nama studio twice. Their front staffs were very friendly and welcoming and the classes were awesome. I came out feeling very refreshed and happy. I appreciated how teachers tried to speak english for me although it was not their first language. Highly recommend!

  Nice and pretty yoga studio in North Jakarta, the amenities are complete. Bawa badan aja cukup😆 Intermediate vinyasa by Novi is a must try👍 Will definitely be back!

  loved the Restorative Yoga class🩷 kudos to Nama for providing literally everything despite it’s smaller size compared to other studios i’ve visit. (shower, amenities, clean room) !! it’s on the 3rd floor of Ipoh Heritage so u can definitely hang out downstairs before & after class 😊

  I enjoy yoga in NAMA. The environment is so calm, the equipments are provided so well and all clean, not smelly at all. The instructor (Teacher Novi), she is patiently teach every participants, gives clear explanation and instruction, and also encourage us by saying "every small progress is also progress" I am curious to try other class. Keep it up NAMA :D
