  I’ve been a member at this gym for a year now . The place is clean, including the bathrooms & and well maintained equipment, which makes every workout session more comfortable and effective. The environment is also super supportive, no judgmental vibes at all. It’s a great space for both beginners and regulars to train confidently. All the staff here are friendly and helpful. I train with Coach Lingga, he’s incredibly humble, friendly, and really knows how to guide members the right way. As for the coach, he’s always attentive to form and safety. He doesn’t just push hard workouts, but makes sure every movement is done correctly to avoid injury. I really appreciate how the training programs are customized based on my needs and physical condition, it feels very personal and tailored, which has made a big difference in my progress.

  The gym is clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable. What I love most is how friendly and helpful the staff and coaches are. Mbak Eva and Mas Agus are always welcoming and super supportive every time I come in. Really recommend this place 💜

  Been a member of AF since March 2024.  Love the friendly staffs and well maintained equipments! It opens for 24hrs and located in the heart of Bogor City, so the only one to be blamed for not training is yourself motivation, not the gym 😅 I took some of my Korean friends during their visit to Bogor and I also recommend AF to colleagues for their locations, facilities and classes 👍 As an adult, I think gym membership has always been the greatest investment for your future😊
