  The customer service team here is super friendly and welcoming (Kak Esa & Kak Dio💯🔥)! The fitness consultant, though helpful in explaining the gym’s pros and cons, did push us pretty hard to sign up for a membership right away without giving us a moment to think it over 🐡🤧. But hey, maybe we just needed that leap of faith—now we’re excited to have our first-ever gym membership! Getting a personal trainer was such a smart choice to help us go from a mostly static lifestyle to a more active one. Huge shout-out to my PT, Kak Anis🔥🔥🔥💯👍! She brings such a lighthearted vibe to every session, is incredibly supportive, and stays so patient with every little step of progress this (admittedly weak) body makes. Couldn’t have asked for a better guide on this journey! The cleaning team is also working round the clock to ensure every corner of the gym is sparkling clean! Whenever there's an unlucky 'smelly' gym person leaving, they will directly take it into action to neutralize the smell

  Fit Hub Yasmin is very recommended! The place is always clean and bright (not dark like some other branches), and the equipment is well-maintained and clean. The toilets are clean and don’t smell at all. The staff are friendly and very helpful. If you’re looking for a personal trainer, Coach Anis is highly recommended! She’s very helpful and cheerful, making every gym session fun and enjoyable 💪😊

  Really nice atmosphere! The place is clean, the AC works well, and it feels comfortable to work out here. The personal trainer is also great and very supportive
