  Had a great experience at TriFlex Pilates & Studio! I joined the Hot Mat Pilates class with Coach Indri and Hot Yoga with Kang Ramdan, and both were excellent. The instructors are friendly and knowledgeable. The studio is clean, comfortable, fully equipped, and even offers shower facilities, hair dryers, plus complimentary coffee and snacks. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  Absolutely loved my experience here! The studio has such a beautiful interior design and the atmosphere feels so welcoming & relaxing from the moment I walked in. I joined the Hot Mat Pilates class with Coach David, and he was fantastic. He was very encouraging, kind, and supportive throughout the session, making sure everyone felt comfortable while still challenging us to do our best. Whether you're a beginner or have experience with Pilates, he creates a positive environment that keeps you motivated. Highly recommend this studio, and I'll definitely be coming back!
