  For me it was nice and quiet place. The equipments are old but they function well. Not so complete but it's okay if you need to work out while traveling. You'll see the ocean and Nusa Penida island from the window. The staffs were super friendly, and if you come there alone or the first person to come that day, you can request to put your music on the speaker hehehe

  Good gym. As you can see in the pictures, enough apparels to train strenght. Some fans. 50k day entry with towel and cold water

  Friendly people, provided water and towel.. price is very affordable for tourists. I have worked out in various gyms throughout my life travels. The gym has what you need to get a thorough workout in. It has great character!!! Just thankful they had a facility like this within walking distance from my bungalow.

  Friendly guys there, almost all the machines you'd expect from a established gym, the place is run down but for $10aud week pass can't really go wrong. It's got more than any hotel gym I've ever been to. There are a few fans dotted around there but if it's a humid day expect to sweat like doing 'hot yoga' or something 😁👍
