  Friendly welcome, good gym and good facilities. We will definitely return. It also wasn’t full of pretentious posers, which is so appreciated as we just can’t be bothered with that! Just normal people getting a work out in :) we worked out, used the sauna and the cold plunge. There’s also a cute gym dog :) I didn’t get any photos of the downstairs AC part of the gym as people were working out, and didn’t want to interrupt them.

  great cafe inside the gym! the food is affordable, healthy, clean and very tasty! i also appreciated the complimentary watermelon. a special thank you to Mitha, who was incredibly friendly, helpful, and made sure everything was perfect. highly recommended!💗

  Very nice gym, everything what you need is there. Cold plunge, sauna and pool, sunbed area. Little Caffè as well with food and drinks. Blueberry protein shake was my fav 😋 there was a couple promo 1mil each for a month 👌🏽

  This is the cutest affordable clean gym in bali. swimming pool, sauna, cold bath, also full of sunbeds. Everything is so clean and affordable. Even foods are good too! Stuff nadiya is my fav ❤️
