    I had a great experience at Stride Gym! The facilities are well-maintained, clean, and smell fresh, making every workout comfortable. The staff are super friendly and always ready to help. Overall, the service is excellent. I just hope they can add more class options in this branch, like they have in other locations.

    ⸻ Unfair Membership Policy – Discriminatory Practice I recently tried to join Stride Gym, expecting a welcoming and inclusive fitness environment. However, I was shocked when my membership request was denied solely because I am not an Indonesian citizen. There was no other valid reason given, and this discriminatory policy is extremely disappointing. Fitness should be for everyone, regardless of nationality. Many gyms around the world, including in Indonesia, welcome expats and foreigners, but Stride Gym chooses to exclude potential members based on citizenship rather than focusing on their commitment to health and fitness. I hope the management reconsiders this unfair policy and embraces diversity, as a gym should be a place of inclusivity, not exclusion. Edit after a year: They have now updated their policy and now i am able to join the membership. They have best staff, equipments and other of best gym in cibinong and definitely value for money.

    So far good, complete and modern gym equipment, comfortable atmosphere for sports, cleanliness is also good but this is the only gym place that does not provide a drinking dispenser. So if you're tired, you're told to drink sweat water with the Stride management 😂
