I came to Bali specifically to reconnect and train with Dwi in the Ashtanga series. She was my first teacher 5 years ago when she lived in Cambodia. And i knew nothing about this practise. Coming to Bali I was both excited and nervous to show her how I have changed. There is no doubt she is a fantastic teacher. Empathetic, encouraging, supportive and enthusiastic. She posts self practise videos online. And admits when things are difficult for her too. This makes her very relatable! Dwi also shares her personal tips for postures that she also struggled with in the past. Her adjustments are gentle. But don't be fooled. She will ask you to repeat things to build strength and reinforce memory. If you put in the work, you will see rewards, trust me. I love that fact that she is woman over 40, and is still practising daily. Her dedication has come from years of consistency and this has to be admired. It has also been a joy to see her teach walk-in beginners. Brought back a lot of memories

I started going to Dwi’s shala from this year Feb. Every month when I come to Bali, I’m trying to do my morning practice with her as much as possible, this week I managed to join 4 days. I’m still a beginner but I feel my progress these days, really appreciated & big respect to Dwi for teaching me many things with her love. Every time after the practice I’m glad to hear that she tells me “Good practice Katsu” The place is beautiful, sacred & very peaceful. Come join her morning practice🤙
