The place itself isn’t very big. Just a small studio with one registration desk and one larger room for Pilates (they use the same room for yoga and barre as well). There are also two toilets: one near the registration area and another inside the studio. I’ve tried mat Pilates at other places, and what makes this place different is that they don’t separate classes by difficulty level, everyone is welcome. I attended their yoga class for the first time, and I didn’t find it beginner-friendly, but that seems to be how the class is designed. People of all levels join in. However, the instructor won’t force you to do poses you’re not comfortable with. That said, some people might find it a bit frustrating, like imagine they stop counting and you’re there fighting for your life waiting for the instructor to finish correcting someone. One thing I noticed about all their classes is that they really make your body work. They definitely test your core. Their hot mat classes can even reach 40°

Aesthetic and cozy yoga studio. Big mirrors really help with posture, and the instructor is communicative and clear. Mats and other equipment are provided. Great place to practice, highly recommended
