  The gym equipment and layout is great, located above Artesedana shopping centre on the 3rd floor. Be wary of a few of the clauses and conditions in the agreement as they are not fully explained and only come to light after payment is made. Of course, payment is non-refundable. Gym is not 24hr and only open until 9pm on weekends, not ideal for some locals who want to hit it after working all day.

  The facilities looked great, which makes this even more disappointing. I signed up expecting full access to what was advertised, however a core part of the service, the app used for bookings and access, was not functional for me. This was not disclosed prior to payment. Because of this, I was unable to properly use the gym, despite having already paid. I raised the issue via WhatsApp and email, and while I was told it would be escalated, I have not received any meaningful response or resolution after multiple follow ups. It is frustrating because the gym itself seems well set up, but the lack of transparency and poor communication has really let it down. I have now had to lodge a dispute with my bank due to not receiving the service I paid for. Overall, a disappointing experience, not because of the facilities, but because of how this was handled.

  It's a good gym but the only thing missing here is pilates. All other classes are good and the gym itself is very clean and maintained.

  One of the best Fithub in Bali. The staff, especially Ms. Komang and Mr. Arul? They're so easy going. Not too crowded as the other Fithubs in Bali. And one thing you need to know, the parking is FREE (lol). good job, guys! will be missing this gym soon
