  I recently joined all level class with coach Kara. She has a great way of guiding me through each session with clear instructions and a lot of encouragement. What really stands out to me, though, is the studio itself. It’s spotless, well-organized, and fully equipped with Merrithew reformers, which make each session feel premium. The space has a calm, welcoming atmosphere that makes me really enjoy the workout. Another highlight is the mirror on the ceiling that allows me to see my movements in real-time, which helps me check my form and make sure I'm doing everything correctly. The owner, Edbert, is also super friendly and approachable. He makes everyone feel welcome and ensures the studio maintains a positive, motivating vibe. Overall, it’s been an amazing experience, and I can’t recommend this place enough!

  I recently tried Pilates at Manawa Studio, and I absolutely loved it! The place is super aesthetic and clean. They even have an incredibly complete toilet with skincare products and a curling iron! The instructor was kind and very helpful, making sure everyone felt comfortable and guided throughout the class. I highly recommend this studio to anyone looking for a great Pilates experience! 🫶🏻
