  Great place, it is in the hotel and was reasonable priced for day ticket. 180.000. Includes towels, sauna and ice bath. Gym is okay equipped, looks like locals work out there too. Sauna at 80c, ices bath only 15c. Didn’t check the jacuzzi. Nice change rooms and towels. Defo go back if around.

  I'm a new member and love this gym. Very clean good equipment also enough treadmill which is very important for warmup! Huge space shower and toilet they keep clean and smells good! Sauna and hot tub is a plus! People, staff, instructors are all very friendly and helpful. At the same location there's fiew spa which is provided by the hotels ( nice Balinese local spa) Great location and price. Highly recommend this to people visiting or the local Sanur community.

  Fantastic Gym with Great Equipment and Amazing Staff! I’ve been really impressed with this gym – there are so many options when it comes to weights and equipment, making it easy to switch up your workouts and stay motivated. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the staff are always friendly and ready to help. Big shoutout to Ayu, one of the gym instructors, who consistently goes above and beyond. She’s incredibly supportive, knowledgeable, and always willing to guide you through workouts or answer any questions. If you’re new to the gym or unsure where to start, I highly recommend looking for Ayu – she’ll make your fitness journey a lot less intimidating and way more enjoyable. Highly recommend this club to anyone looking for a great place to train! 💪

  Probably the best equipped gym on this side of Sanur. The day pass is a little on the expensive side but it’s worth it as it also includes access to their spa where they have a sauna, jacuzzi and a cold (not ice unfortunately) bath. The gym floor is large and has pretty much all the machines you’d need for your workout as well as free weights. The staff at the front desk are friendly and helpful and provide a small and large towel for each visit as well as a locker. There’s a protein bar which serves pre workouts, protein shakes and other supplements which is a really nice touch. The prices there are very reasonable and the staff is also very friendly. Inside the gym there are two personal trainers who are available to help you with your workout if needed, but otherwise don’t disturb you. The gym floor itself is large enough so that it doesn’t feel crowded even when there are more than a few people working out.
