  I had a very disappointing experience with the marketing team at FTL Menteng Jakarta, specifically with a staff named Roni. As a prospective customer, I reached out to ask about ongoing promotions. Instead of assisting, he told me to contact another branch simply because it is closer to my location. That completely misses the point—if I contacted FTL Menteng, it’s because I’m interested in that specific location, not another one. After a bit of back-and-forth, he stopped addressing my questions properly and only repeated a vague price range that is already listed on the website. It felt dismissive and unhelpful, as if my inquiries were not taken seriously. If I already went through the effort of getting the WhatsApp contact from the website, of course I’ve seen the prices there. What I needed was proper clarification and customer support, not generic responses. Overall, this reflects a very poor marketing approach and lack of customer engagement. Definitely not a good first impress

  Minimum 4 months subscription. No daily, weekly or even monthly pass. As someone that doesn't live permanently in Jakarta, I couldn't train at this gym.

  Best gym in town! They have all the equipments here, great pilates studio too. Plenty classes schedules & variations, perfect for office workers schedule. Strategic location too near MRT! Plenty & best service for parking too if you drive. Recommended to give this gym a try, if you are interested go ask for Putra as the best marketing there IMO.

  This place become my home based for my workout activities, They have good staffs, clean area, and a lot of facilities but I don’t take the photos. Sometimes it’s too crowded after the office hours
