Every corner is thoughtfully designed, with warm tones that feel both aesthetic and calming to the eyes. From the moment you step in, you’re welcomed by the gentle scent of incense and soft Balinese music that instantly sets the mood. The studio itself is simple, yet deeply grounding. It’s a space that invites you to slow down and be present. I also teach here, so if you ever drop by, you might catch one of my classes.

NOT FOR BEGINNERS Booked Beginner Vinyasa Yoga expecting a proper intro, but it’s not beginner-friendly. The instructor immediately used pose names without explaining basics (e.g. chaturanga, downward dog), assuming prior knowledge. The pacing was fast and tiring, and many beginners couldn’t keep up. For a beginner class, it should focus more on correct form and fundamentals rather than fast flows. Instructions were in very fast Indonesian, making it hard to follow if you’re not fluent, you end up copying others instead of understanding. The room was hot (ACs off), filled with incense, and felt stuffy. Facilities were also lacking: unisex toilet (may not suit everyone) and no tissue when I went. IC is required for ClassPass bookings under a different name. As a result, I lost my ClassPass credits and had to pay extra on the spot to join. It’s a fair policy, but it should be communicated beforehand. Positives: extremely affordable (under $10 per session). The staff are friendly, re

So far, it’s been an okay studio for practice. Location-wise, it’s quite accessible by public transportation and ojol, and the classes themselves have been enjoyable. However, one basic amenity I think a wellness/yoga studio should provide is water. They do have a dispenser, but with a somewhat confusing policy where only Direct Booking and Strongbee customers can use it (what about ClassPass? lol). Also, during my last two visits, the dispenser was empty. When I asked the staff about it, there wasn’t much explanation, and I was simply told to buy bottled water from the cafeteria for IDR 15k. It’s not a huge issue, but it does feel a bit odd for a wellness-focused studio, especially after a workout class 😂 Hopefully this can be improved in the future.

Valet parking was IDR 20K, and their drinks didn’t have a price listed, mine turned out to be IDR 92K, and yes, it was good. They also rent yoga mats for IDR 50K, and honestly… it’s the best mat I’ve ever used! It absorbs sweat so well, and even though I was dripping like crazy, the grip stayed perfect the whole class. The place itself is beautiful and luxurious, the coach was super friendly, but I have to admit.. the class felt more like intermediate-to-advanced level. As a beginner, I couldn’t help feeling a little insecure 😂. Still, it was such a memorable session!
