  I'm an expat and Reload in Senopati is simply the best gym in Jakarta. The service is excellent. The staff are super friendly. They have all the machines and equipment needed for proper training. The gym isn't crowded unlike the others and it is located above my favorite cafe, Terra, which breaks down the macros for their delicious yet healthy food. I trained under Rama at Reload. He pushes and motivates you but at the same time makes the session fun as he's someone easy to chat with. He's better than the trainera I have had in Singapore. Wish I had signed up earlier when I first moved to Jakarta. To all expats or Indonesians, this is the gym to train at.
