  I was supposed to be a member of Fitness Plus Premium, but since that gym still hasn’t opened and we’ve been consistently lied to, we are forced to use Fitness Plus Uluwatu instead—and it is absolutely terrible. The gym is dirty, it smells bad, and it is always overcrowded. The water is constantly empty, and the staff are unhelpful and unprofessional. To make things worse, they mop the floors while the gym is full, making it impossible to work out properly or safely. Almost every day a machine is broken, and it takes weeks to get anything fixed. There are no apologies, no communication, and no accountability from anyone. The way members are treated is extremely disrespectful. Overall, this has been a frustrating and disappointing experience. Promises are not kept, standards are very low, and customers are clearly not a priority. I would strongly advise staying away.

  For the yearly price deal - is definitely worth it - but it does crowded, I come in the morning and never has an issue with that. Has everything you need for a full body workout and more. I don’t think it has enough cardio machines treadmill, stair master ( one of the two has been out of service for over a month) one elliptical, considering the size and amount of people that attend. The stuff at the front desk are all fantastic- always welcoming and smiling. They provide water and towels and lockers. I have not attended any of the classes yet but they look fun and definitely plan to go to a few.

  Absolutely terrible service, unsafe environment, and complete disrespect for clients. I highly advise against visiting this gym. The equipment is ancient and falling apart. During a standard workout on a cable machine, a brittle, old plastic cover shattered from natural wear and tear. The piece flew off and nearly smashed my phone. Did anyone from the staff ask if we were hurt or if the weight landed on someone's foot? No. Instead, the trainers — who usually just stand around laughing and filming TikToks — gathered a crowd, filmed us, and demanded we pay for their rotting plastic! The hypocrisy is insane. I literally bought and left a phone charger at the reception for everyone to use because they didn't even have that, trying to improve their non-existent service. And this is how they treat their clients. Safety and basic management are a joke here. The roof leaks, so there are buckets standing right in the middle of the gym floor. They constantly run out of towels. Even the front

  I don't understand why this place has such low reviews. The gym is well-equipped, clean, and provides towels, water, and lockers. It's not very busy and has air conditioning—everything you need. The only negative is that it's quite expensive compared to other gyms in the area.
