It's a nice facilities with everything you need to train. They are installing a sauna, cold and hot bath, very cool. Temperature is good to train. The staff is nice and helpful. On the downside, this place is only good to train super early the morning. I never saw so many people in a gym during day time. Very hard to train. People are not using towel, wich is surprising , and what is unacceptable is that lots of them don't even wear t-shirt. The policy should be clear on this. This is absolutely disgusting. Overall it's a good deal if you know what and when you go there.

I’ve been to quite a few gyms, but this one genuinely stands out. From the moment you walk in, you can tell that attention has been paid to both design and functionality. The space is modern, clean, and very well organized. The lighting on the ceiling gives the gym a premium, almost futuristic vibe, which makes training here feel motivating and energizing. The equipment selection is excellent. There’s a wide range of machines, free weights, and racks, so whether you’re focused on strength training, hypertrophy, or general fitness, you’ll find everything you need. The machines are in great condition and feel solid and well maintained. I also really appreciate how spacious the layout is — you don’t feel cramped even during busier hours. Cleanliness is another big plus. The floors, mirrors, and machines are consistently clean, and everything seems well taken care of. That alone makes a huge difference in the overall experience. The atmosphere is focused but not intimidating, which makes

Great gym overall. It’s not very big, but it’s well laid out and has good quality machines that are well maintained. The service is excellent, the staff is always friendly and helpful, and the place is consistently clean. Unless you go at very specific peak hours, you can train comfortably without it feeling overcrowded. It might be missing a few machines, but considering the size, it’s a solid gym and a very good option for training in Bali. 💪

I’m a bit torn on this gym. I trained here almost every day during my 2-month stay in Bali, and overall I genuinely enjoyed it. The staff is friendly and welcoming, the space is modern with great natural light, and it has most of the equipment you need for a solid workout, although a sled would make a lot of sense given the available space. That said, there are a few important downsides. After my first month, the price increased by around 50%, bringing it to roughly 75 euros per month. I understand they added sauna and bath facilities to position it more as a recovery center, but I would have appreciated some warning and the option to keep a gym-only membership. At that price, it’s now more expensive than many gyms in Europe. Hygiene and etiquette could also be improved: too many people train shirtless, barefoot, and don’t clean equipment after use, which feels inappropriate for this kind of place. Another issue is the automatic perfume sprays around the gym, which can go off while you
