  The gym is quite big. It offers you many classes as a member. Locker room and shower room is clean. No need to worry for "first time-er" because there always be intructor to guide you.

  It's got it all for a power lifter, body builder, or just a work out with a Great variety of equipment! That's my first day impression🙂 after a couple of months workouts if the windows could be open then natural cooling would allow Helios to turn off the aircons and fans and save on the electric bill and keep the inside as cool as the outside parking lot. Only a thought. Thank you for being open for busines🙂

  nice place, we got free for all classes the service also nice, but the staff in there must be more conern about the cleanness in the bathroom area
