  I took three classes with Esmé during my stay: two Booty & Core classes and one Advanced class. I absolutely loved the experience. For the Amsterdam girls: I would say this is definitely another level compared to Saints & Stars, PLTS, and Core40. The workouts were more challenging, but in a really fun and rewarding way. For the first time in a long while, I actually had muscle soreness afterwards! You receive grip socks upon arrival, and the instructors guide you smoothly through the entire routine, making it easy to follow while still pushing yourself. Everyone was incredibly friendly, and the atmosphere was welcoming from the moment I walked in. There were so many lovely girls in the classes, and I felt at home right away. I would definitely come back if I’m in the area again.

  Clean and aesthetically pleasing studio. I attended Erin and Esme’s class and it was fine. The classes got me sweating and sore the next day so the instructors are doing something right. Would recommend for a no fuss and come for a workout kinda place :)

  I had classes with both Mo and Astrid and they were genuinely world-class Pilates instructors. Both classes were challenging in the best way, and their energy, friendliness and teaching style really stood out. The reformers are super comfortable and they even provide free grip socks, which is such a nice bonus!

  I absolutely loved my visit to this Pilates studio! The space is incredibly bright and airy, creating such a welcoming vibe right from the start. The trainers are super friendly and open, making everyone feel at ease. A special shoutout to Esme—her classes are held in a friendly atmosphere with a true individual approach to each participant, plus tons of variety to keep things exciting. I adore it and can’t wait to come back!
