The staff and coaches are really friendly, and this branch is super close to my office — I really like it. But I honestly didn’t expect there to be a parking guy charging money at the front. I’ve been a Fithub member since early 2024 in Batam, and I don’t understand why the Bali branches allow parking attendants to operate like that.

As a person who've never went to any gym, going to the gym could be a very scary and challenging experience for a plus-size woman like myself. But when I decided to go anyway, Fit Hub has been welcoming since day one. The staff are super friendly and always give the most uplifting motivation whenever I'm about to start my exercise session. Everyone is just very supportive. I'm also very glad to join their membership + personal trainer program, which has been super helpful so far. My personal trainer, Ms. Isnha, is very knowledgeable and she can mix-n-match my training program based on my strength and my ability. She pushes me to do movements that I thought I wasn't able to do. She builds up my confidence and really holding my hands in this journey of reaching my goal, which is to be healthier. I can't thank her and the rest of the staff enough. Aside from the kindness of the staff, Fit Hub also offer varieties of great work-out classes, which you can join for free once you're becoming

this is what i dislike from FitHub’s PT(s) the entitlement.. what do you mean I cant use rope when he knows damn well only two available. just for them to not even use it properly (chatting and just Photo-OP ing every single minute, give me a break). and just “hahaha” after he said no to me, like what is this juvenile energy around here. this is why i hesitate sometimes to go to the gym, my mental health someday on the low and this behavior occured to me when i dont expect it .

Nice & affordable gym in Sunset Road. Central location, clean environment. Sometimes busy during peak hours. It’s recommended to go super early in the AM, after lunchtime or late at night (9pm above). It will be quieter if you’d like to use most of the equipment without queueing. The Personal Trainers are super friendly here. Kudos to PT Boy (Saiful Azri) for training me (to push for my goal to be able to do my first Pull-up!)& PT Wisnu for the kind assistance. The front office team are also very friendly (cc Ferry). Thanks everyone for a pleasant gym experience.
