A luxury gym inside a 5 star hotel! Definitely worth the price. It’s actually cheaper than other gym in Bali! Love the place so much! Comes with free towel use and unlimited bottled water. Staff are very nice too!

Has the basic equipment for a good workout and decent weights. They have an olympic bar, ez bar and a triceps bar. No deadlift platform or squat rack though. Ambience is really good and place is always kept clean. Went for a day pass and can easily register at the reception for 150k daily rate. Staffs are super friendly.

Adequate gym to workout while on vacation. Can confirm that the price for those not staying at the hotel is 100,000 rupiah. It's located on the second floor of the hotel, and you pay at the lobby front desk. As for equipment, they don not have a bench press or squat rack, but they do have an Olympic barbell and enough plates to top out at 315 lbs, so deadlift is still on the menu. There are dumbbells up to 50 lbs. There is a dual cable machine with limited attachments, some cardio equipment like treadmills rowing machine, and ellipticals. There are also machines for lat pulls, rows, shoulder press, chest press, leg press, leg extensions and hamstring curls. Great view out the front windows (see pics). Also, it's a nice and cool 65F inside.
