I stayed at Serenity Eco Guesthouse for two months and it was so much more than accommodation - it felt like family. Every single person there, from management to reception, cleaners to gardening staff, made me feel genuinely welcomed and treated me with the most beautiful energy throughout my stay. The restaurant, Alkaline, was unbelievable too. The staff are truly beautiful souls and the food was the best I've had, always catering perfectly to my dietary needs. Whenever I'm back in Canggu this is where I'll stay. Thank you to everyone there for all the support and kindness - until we meet again.

What a dreamy place to be. They have many different styles of yoga. I tried a lot and really enjoyed it. Amazing and really knowledgeable teachers. The guesthouse is such a vibe. Nice community, friendly and happy staff, delicious and healthy food in the restaurant, the yoga, beautiful eco lodge, nice pool and good spa, interesting permaculture projekts and the two adorable puppies! Great vibe! I will definitely come back. I didn't stay in the rooms, so I can't review them. Thanks to everyone, who made my days so special ;)

Can’t recommend Serenity enough. I have stayed here for about 7 weeks in total across two occasions. It’s such a peaceful and calming place to live - the pool area is a lovely nature escape from busy Canggu. ||The place is run incredibly efficiently, always very clean and all the staff are so welcoming, friendly and helpful. Special shout outs to Octa and Chalvin - thanks for all your help and fun chats! ||I love the yoga shalas and the broad range of classes. The restaurant has lots of delicious and varied vegan meals (I’m not vegan but have still loved the food). It’s also in a great location very close to the beach and lots of shops and cafes. ||The rooms are a good size (I’ve stayed in doubles Peace, Yin and Nirvana 3, as well as single room Zen) and the aircon is good. The rooms are not fancy but are well equipped and well maintained. All have mosquito nets although I rarely had any mosquitoes in the rooms. The WiFi was pretty good most of the time and I was able to do video calls

I have stayed in this part of Bali several times now, but it is my first time staying at this hostel, my room was the Ocean Blue, and located where the penthouse might be. The complex is a sprawling organic structure that feels more like it grew here than was built. This is a rare business that actually utilizes the sustainable concepts many of us admire but rarely actually put into practice. Reuse is better than recycling, 100% plant based meals, and a holistic approach that you can always do more with less. Are they perfect, no, but who is? They are definitely trying to make this work in the very competitive hospitality industry and from what I can see they are doing a very good job. There are numerous excellent yoga classes here from very yin to very, very, yang. You can rent bikes and scooters, and the beach is a slow 5 min walk. There are numerous accomodations so I can not speak to all of them but my room was sunny, and comfortable, it had a private bathroom with hot water and AC
