    Possibly the best value gym I’ve found in Bali — The Flash Gym, Bali Kuta. Honestly, I did not expect to find so much for so little. For just 100,000 IDR per day, The Flash Gym offers a very complete training facility that goes far beyond what you typically find at this price point. The gym itself is very well equipped. The cardio room is extensive, with all the machines you need, and the training environment is clearly designed for people who want to focus and train properly. The atmosphere is energetic and motivating, without feeling overcrowded or chaotic. What really surprised me, however, is the spa and recovery area, which is included in the price. Normally in Bali these kinds of facilities come with additional fees, but here they are part of the experience. The recovery area includes: • A swimming pool • Two cold plunge pools, cold enough to be refreshing and effective • A hot pool, which I honestly haven’t seen anywhere else in Bali gyms and is perfect for contrast bathing

    ★★★★★ Fantastic gym! It has everything you need for a great workout. There are plenty of weight machines, a wide selection of free weights, and lots of cardio equipment—including StairMasters, which was a huge plus for me. The gym is clean, well-maintained, and has a great atmosphere. The daily pass is also very affordable, making it excellent value for money whether you’re visiting or just training for a few days. One of the best gyms I’ve been to, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a complete workout in the area.

    What a wonderful place, entry for a day pass is 100k (5.9$) and gym, sauna, ice plung, hot tub and swimming pool is included. 750k for a whole month pass The place is clean and people are very friendly there. They also have a bar, a bit pricey but they have good options Had a wonderful workout, they even have a second floor for the box training, was not crowded and equipment was nice

    Enjoying my daily gym here. I joined annual membership. Price is reasonable and so far I have no complaints. Sauna sometimes broken but they always fixed it.
