This review is from my personal experience doing TTC #23 at Udana. The training went beyond the physical body and guided me deeper into myself. I truly feel that Pak Putu, Bu Tomoko, and the soul of this place have blessed me and my fellow students, not only to become yoga teachers, but also to grow as humans connected with the Divine and our deepest selves. It was an amazing experience that continues to guide me on my spiritual journey. The modules were smooth and well-structured, starting from the gross body to the subtle body. The curriculum was really well-designed, making it easy for me as a beginner to understand. Don’t hesitate to ask Pak Putu or Bu Tomoko anything you need, they are incredibly warm and welcoming. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED for anyone who wants to know themselves better, understand how life is flowing, and deepen their journey through the perspective of yoga.

I joined the 22nd batch of Yoga Teacher Training at Udana Yoga — and I can confidently say, it was one of the best decisions I've made. I first heard about Udana from a friend who’s also an alumni. The way she talked about her experience got me curious… and turns out, she was right. The space is cozy and welcoming, but what truly stood out was how detailed and supportive the guidance was throughout the training. It wasn’t just about gaining knowledge — it felt like a deep, personal journey. I walked away not only with a stronger foundation in yoga, but also with a deeper understanding of myself. Truly a beautiful and meaningful chapter in my yoga path. Highly recommend to anyone looking to grow both as a teacher and as a person 🌿🧘♀️

As someone with autoimmune conditions, I’ve made yoga part of my daily life, and that’s what led me to join YTTC Batch 22 at Udana Yoga. My teacher recommended it, saying it would suit my body and needs, and she was absolutely right. At Udana, guided by Pak Putu, I learned not just asanas but also the deeper roots of yoga: the 8 limbs, energy work, koshas, chakras, and the spiritual wisdom behind the practice. It’s not about perfect poses, but about the journey into oneself. With my physical limitations, I was never pressured to push myself. Pak Putu always reminded us not to compare, and that gave me so much peace 🫶 The space felt warm, simple, and genuine, with nourishing food, jamu, coconut water, and even friendly dogs. The training was intense, like stepping into a spiritual washing machine — we were shaken, wrung out, and came out feeling like new person 😆 I left with a smile, a heart full of love, and a new family. I’m so grateful my path led me here and I’ll definitely re

Taking the YTT200 at Udana Yoga was my best decision and an eye opening experience. Not only learning a lot about the original Yoga from its root but Udana gave me a spiritual journey to my deeper self through the guidance of Pak Putu, Bu Tomoko and also Pak Redy. I will be missing this place and its people💕
