  Stayed here during my trip to Labuan Bajo and had a lovely experience. The room was comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully designed. Looks somewhat fancy and instagrammable 🤭 The staff were warm, attentive, and always willing to help, which made the stay feel even more enjoyable. The hotel itself has beautiful interior designs, especially in the evening when the lights create such a calming atmosphere. The only reason I rated the location slightly lower is because it wasn't as convenient for the places I personally wanted to visit. Other than that, everything else was wonderful. Thank you for making my stay a pleasant one, keep up the good work! 😉

  Loved it! :) The hotel is absolutely beautiful, and it’s been open for less than a year. Everything feels fresh, modern, and thoughtfully designed. The views are stunning, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and every detail has clearly been carefully considered. What truly made our stay special, though, were the people. A heartfelt thank you to Claudia. From our very first day, she remembered our names and greeted us with the warmest smile every single time we saw her. It’s those little personal touches that make all the difference. She was always kind, attentive, and genuinely interested in making sure we were having the best possible stay. No question was too much, no request was ever a problem. Whether we needed advice about the area or help with something at the hotel, Claudia was always there with the same enthusiasm and professionalism.   We had an amazing stay at The Crowne Plaza! It was super close to the airport ( 10 minutes ) Ivan picked us from the airport and gave us the information about Labuan Bajo . The check in process was a pleasant and smooth experience and special thanks for Mario, who greet and welcoming us warmly. The room was large and beautiful and clean. My husband and I enjoyed our time. We will definitely come back! The hotel is beautiful but the staff are what makes it stand out the most, they are trully serve and work wholeheartedly especially for Anita and Nadya in F&B department and Vidy the intern ). I highly recommend Crown Plaza Labuan Bajo for peoples who are looking a place to stay in.

  Our stay at Crowne Plaza Labuan Bajo was highly pleasant and satisfying. The hotel is brand-new, clean, quiet and well-equipped, with a comfortable room and thoughtful housekeeping service. All staff members were polite, helpful and professional, making our trip smooth and worry-free. The airport transfer service was also convenient and reliable. We only have two small suggestions for improvement: the taste of the hotel restaurant dishes could be further enhanced, and the connection between third-party booking platforms and the official IHG app could be better synchronized for more convenient pre-arrival communication. Overall, this is a trustworthy, high-quality hotel, especially suitable for short and efficient trips. We would definitely choose to stay here again and recommend it to other travelers.
