  A great gym with a very affordable budget. The equipment available is also sufficient to do a lot of movement variations. there are lockers to store belongings and bathrooms with showers. the people there are friendly and help each other to train effectively. I recommend coming in the morning or afternoon because it is not too crowded.

  If you go to this gym, I recommend getting PT sessions with Ronny. He is the best trainer I have had in my life. The cost is from 110-150k for one hour with him. I recommend Ronny a lot.

  Well, I remember that when I was first time there, that was on September 24th just last month. What can I say, I truly love that place, it's quite cheap because I'm a post graduate student so I had a discount, besides they provides bathrooms which is pretty clean and it has hot and cold standing shower,the equipment are pretty complete ,and also they provide and sell vitamins that we need, just ask them and they will provide for you. ump one thing that I didn't like, to use the treadmill it should less than 15 minutes, I wonder why is that ... when I used scales, I moved it into the carpet which is inside the gym, one of the officer there asked me not to move it, without explanation. The way to express prohibition for me is not as good as my expectation, well, working in the service field we have to consider how important the costumer is! almost everyday I spend my time working out there, now the officers there are getting nicer than was before, they very helpful thanks to My GYm Malan

  Have pretty decent gym equipment. Hot water for quick bath for both bathroom. Got some good trainer, also sell fitness supplements
