  Great gym for a hard workout with weights. Theres a few treadmills & bikes for cardio. Excellent machines and free weights choice. It reminds me of the old bodybuilding gyms in the UK. Nothing fancy but pure raw iron. Its tidy and well equipped, however it needs a good cleaning as some of the grips/handles are sticky. No AC. It has a few fans. Toilets and shower room are ok. Day pass was 30k. Very cheap for what you get Highly recommend this gym if you need a workout whilst in Malang.

  What a fabulous place for a gym hunter. U should go here to change ur life. Feel the pain then u will get the gain. This is what we called "Home".

  The gym is great, all is perfect for the price. You can get free refill water, wifi, hot shower, and the equipment it's very easy to use especially for the beginners. A lot of nice people and nice coaches
