One of the all-in-one sports areas in Manado, it has padel courts, futsal, billiards, a gym and a car wash. Has a spacious parking area with clean and comfy toilets. However, the padel court area feels very hot when playing from morning to evening due to the lack of cooling equipment (fan) in the area.
